DID YOU KNOW?
Medicare and Medicaid Are Not the Same Thing!
Many people think Medicare and Medicaid are interchangeable, but they serve different purposes, and in some cases, you may qualify for both.
Medicare is a federal health insurance program primarily for people age 65 and older or individuals with certain disabilities.
Medicaid is a state and federally funded program that helps eligible individuals with healthcare costs and may also help cover long-term services and supports, depending on eligibility.
If you qualify for both programs, you may receive additional benefits that reduce out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
